At The Jayne Elle Shop, every piece is created with intentionality and small-batch care. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. This policy helps us stay sustainable and continue offering mindful products in limited runs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thejayneelleshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a store credit if a replacement is not available.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may already be underway and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
