The Jayne Elle Shop does not accept returns on physical items.
Note: All apparel items ship separate from the other items in the shop. Each item is printed when you place your order. Items are then shipped directly to you from our various shipping partners.
There are no returns or refunds on digital items. If you have a question, comment, or concern about a digital product please ask any and all questions BEFORE you purchase your digital item. Once you have purchased a digital item, there are no refunds.
